Our new home design included a basement and when we met with Caleb of Insulating Concrete Homes we were amazed at the flexibility, affordability and insulating thermal mass of the ICF product. Working with Caleb, we redesigned our two story home to be built entirely with ICF's. The construction was fast and smooth. The entire structure was up in 2 weeks. Caleb worked with us on various details, even some outside of the scope of his portion of our build. We are very pleased with the energy efficiency of our home and the savings we have found throughout construction because of the ICF structure. I have recommended Insulating Concrete Homes to several of our friends and would highly suggest contacting Caleb before you build to find out more about this incredible building option.

We wanted to have an above ground safe room in our home add on. We priced several different options and Insulating Concrete Homes ICF system was by far the best value. Walls and concrete roof were done in a single pour and reinforced with steel rebar. We now have the ultimate safe room and we got it for a great price!

My wife and I contracted with Caleb and Insulating Concrete Homes at the beginning of our new home construction. We wanted our master bed closet to double as a reinforced tornado shelter and safe room. ICH worked with my builder and his subs to make sure everything was designed and prepared properly and Caleb was on site during all of the work ensuring the construction went off without a hitch. Our tornado shelter/safe room has 6" thick poured concrete walls and a FEMA approved door and lock to withstand tornados and tornado debris. Our family really enjoys the safety and convenience of a ground level, walk in tornado shelter. Our thanks to everyone at ICH for their fantastic work!
