Energy Wise researches data and maintains

for energy conservation that make sense economically and
ecologically. Our goal is to foster the efficient and sustainable
use of natural resources as a path to a national energy conservation

OUR
GUARANTEE
After the structure has been inhabited, Energy Wise can
issue an insured guarantee for the heating and cooling
consumption. This guarantee is good for a two (2) year period
during which time Energy Wise will monitor consumption on a monthly
basis. If the annual consumption level exceeds the guaranteed
amount in any one of the first two years, the difference will be rebated
back to the customer by the insurance company. |

HOW
IT WORKS
Energy Wise will formulate a six page computerized
energy analysis of your building plans and accurately project the
heating and cooling consumption. This analysis will show:

How much the property-owner can expect to save over
a period of time by using the Energy Wise System versus a structure
of equal size built without the Energy Wise System.

What the difference in heating and cooling
consumption will be using a geo-thermal heat pump versus air-to-air
heat pump versus gas heat versus resistance heat.

What percentage each component in the structure is
contributing to the total energy usage.

What the average monthly consumption will be.

What size heating and cooling systems will
satisfactorily do the job.
