Reason #4
Insulating Concrete Forms are
Adaptable

Insulated concrete forms are frequently used to build Santa Fe style homes with stucco finish.   ICFs are extremely adaptable to your design, making them an architect’s dream!

An ICF house can look just like a traditional home if you want. Or, because of the innate flexibility of the foam material, you can have unique footprints, arches, angles and curves as part of your design at a lower construction cost than with traditional building methods.

ICF homes can be designed in any style, and will accept any traditional exterior finish including vinyl or wood siding, stucco and brick.   Arches are easy with insulating concrete forms construction.

Any Exterior or Interior Finish
Can Be Applied to the BuildBlock Wall System

Exterior Finishes

Brick, stone, or masonry are secured to the wall with conventional brick ties.

Wood, vinyl, or aluminum siding attach directly to the furring strips.

Stucco lath can be screwed directly into the furring strips providing the secure underlayment required.  Synthetic stucco systems can be applied directly to the BuildBlock walls.

Interior Finishes

Drywall and paneling are attached quickly and easily with sheetrock or self-tapping screws.
